By creating an account or using StudyFast, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
Your content
You keep ownership of the documents, flashcards, and quizzes you create or upload. You're responsible for having the right to upload any document you submit for AI processing.
AI-generated content
Flashcards, quizzes, and explanations generated by Claude are provided for study purposes and may occasionally contain errors. Review AI-generated content before relying on it.
Subscriptions
StudyFast requires a paid subscription ($25/month) to generate AI content, run study sessions, and take quizzes. New accounts get a one-time limited preview (one AI generation, one study session, and one quiz within 7 days of signing up). The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. On iOS and Android, billing is handled by Apple or Google and can be managed in your store account settings; subscriptions purchased on the web are billed by Stripe and can be managed from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period; partial periods are not refunded.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StudyFast after a change means you accept the updated terms.
